FocusPsychology Ltd was founded in 1999 by Jagdish Barn, a chartered educational psychologist, and originally traded as Barn Associates. Jagdish has many years experience working with children, young people and adults in a variety of different settings. Jagdish started her career as a primary school teacher followed by posts as a research psychologist and local authority educational psychologist, as well as work with further and higher education organisations, business and as an expert witness.
